The staff of the Institute of National Security Studies (INSS) attended the Inaugural Lecture of the Geopolitical Cartographer, which was held under the theme of ‘Role of the Commonwealth in an Era of ‘Polycrisis’’. The lecture was delivered by the Rt. Hon. Patricia Scotland, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, on 3rd February 2023 under the patronage of the Hon. Ranil Wickremesinghe, President of the Democratic, Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka at the Sapphire Ballroom of the Courtyard by Marriott in Colombo.
