Project CONFLUENCE, an initiative led by the Department of International Studies, of the University of Kelaniya; reached its zenith with a grand launch of comprehensive policy recommendations. This marked a pivotal moment in Sri Lanka's post-war journey, aiming to foster trust, reconciliation, and sustainable peace. The event was graced by dignitaries and representatives, featuring speeches by notable figures such as Prof. Chaminda Abeysinghe and a representative from the Office of Reparations. The evening's highlight was the official launch of the policy formulations, symbolized by the publication of a booklet titled "CONFLUENCE." Project Coordinator Ms. Suhanya Devajee emphasized the project's necessity, and the event concluded with a message of hope for a better future.
